Fourth guest speaker---Erik Hanberg

    Erik has multiple businesses to help him develop his passive income. As he mentioned, all of the work that he is doing is helping him to finish his book, then the book can offer him a nice income. One of the main things that help him to achieve this is because he has a lot of skills, which helps him to do anything he wants. He used to be a theater since he can write a nice script, based on the website, I found that Erik’s writing for the theater has been featured in the Pierce County Playwright Festival, the Double-Shot Theater Festival, Carleton College, and staged readings at Tacoma Little Theater. He also becomes a partner with Exit133.com, the only reason is this website can give him money and he has a skill in writing film reviews. Later on, he joined side x side. He also co-founded Channel 253 with Marguerite Martin and Doug Mackey. it's a local website formed by a podcast network. After he has enough money for life, he can start writing books since this is his interest. Right now, he already writes 11 books, and most of them have a nice income. 
    At the question section, I've asked him about how google ads work and if it's valuable or not. The reason I want to know this is because I never have a chance to use it. As his answer, he said it depends on the conversion rates. In this process, there are four elements form it, the traffic, click rate, converting, and money. If I want to start an ad by using google ads, I need to figure out them before I use it. But overall, the google ads could help your business have good exposure and click rate.
